Women do you do floor exercises at home?
Ideally, I would liket to get into a daily routine of tonning my legs and thighs and lower abdomen.
At home, I have this exercise mat which has diagrams of this girl doing various tonning exercises. Not sure if you have seen one of these? Anyway, it appears to be a good guide, and I did follow it a few years ago, then just left it. For example, there is one exercise – cycling in the air, which gets really tiring after a while and you get really hot.
Do any of you women follow such a routine and have seen an improvement in your figure. I would be interested to know.
Thank you.
Jessica M, you are a disgusting girl.
I do floor routines usually every other day or so. It includes squats, crunches, lunges, etc. I also work on a horse farm and ride 4-6 days/week so that also tends to help in the building of muscles lol. I do the floor exercises (including some moves from the book ‘Pilates for the Dressage Rider’ – excellent workouts!!) just to keep the tone of my muscles. If you happen to have fat that you want to get rid of, then add in cardio – go for a run or whatever because you won’t see the muscle tone if you have fat (the muscle will build underneath the fat).
